-Study for more than one night for the test.
-Review material with several different people; everyone has a different tip or trick to help.
-Sleep at least eight hours the night before the test.
-Eat a meal high in protein with several food groups the night before and the morning of the test.
-Drink plenty of water the day of the test.
-Review the material the morning of and as close to the test as possible.
-Stretch immediately before the test to increase blood flow to the brain.
-When you receive the test, be sure to look over its entirety before starting. Understanding the length, sections, and overall structure will benefit you and keep you from being surprised
-If you get stuck on a question, instead of spending unproductive time on it, skip it and come back to it. A later question may help trigger your memory.
-Do not be the first to hand in your test. When you finish, spend any remaining time reviewing your answers.
